Give PO Box Key

/givepoboxkey [ID]

This command will issue the command user a blank po box key if ID is nil!

Cutting PO Box Key

/cutpoboxkey [MailIdent]

This command will cut the blank key in the command issuer inventory to the specified mail ident.
